Wordpress 2.6 News
I was so very happy when I read Kyle’s post over Hack Wordpress today about some goodies/features the fellows at Wordpress are working on for the next update 2.6.
- WordPress Auto-Upgrade
- Plugin Auto-Installation
- Theme preview
If there is one thing that I get the sweats over is upgrading my Wordpress to the next version. I am still fairly new when it comes to Wordpress, and that last update I was so worried that I would mess something up in my files and everything would disappear . . . haha! No, but seriously the Auto-Upgrade feature is one I would truly welcome! The Auto-Instillation plugin would be cool too, although I can live with manually uploading them. Theme Preview is a great idea.
We should really show our support for the Wordpress Developers, and have a dedicated Wordpress Day!!
You guys deserve it, you’re awesome! :o)

Artist Saimir Strati holds the Guinness World Record for the largest mosaic made of nails. It took him 24 days and 500,000 nails to create the mosaic. It’s a copy of Leonardo da Vinci’s self-portrait.

I have always been attracted to the unpredictable colors, lusters, and patterns found in Raku fired pottery.
After a rain shower you can sometimes see similarities to Raku in an oil slick on the driveway (if your vehicle is a leaky one).
